 Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, Santa Monica, CA – Installation of a new thermal storage system with Design/Build duties to minimize future power and maintenance costs. Remodeling of the 16, 200 square feet of exhibit space and East Wing meeting room.

  • Integrate new thermal storage cooling and heating systems with building’s existing structure and system layout
  • Commissioning & Training of staff to utilize new automated thermal storage system and operating software
